One engine. Three ways to licence it.

One Windows VPS or PC running the daemon. Your tier sets how many you can have active at once — one for Solo, two for Trader, five for Professional. You can move a licence between machines if you decommission a server; the activation frees up when you deactivate it.

Each tier is available on a 3, 6, or 12-month term, and you choose at checkout whether to pay once or set it to auto-renew. Solo runs AU$59 / AU$109 / AU$179, Trader AU$119 / AU$215 / AU$359, and Professional AU$249 / AU$449 / AU$750 for those terms respectively — the same price either way. Shorter terms carry a small per-month premium; the 12-month term gives the lowest effective monthly rate. Pay-once licences simply expire at the end of the term and you renew manually whenever you're ready. Auto-renew licences charge your card automatically for the same term length until you cancel, which you can do anytime from the subscription management link in your confirmation email.

If you're on auto-renew, yes — move up or down a tier at any time and the prorated difference is charged or credited immediately, no reinstalling required. If you paid once, there's no in-place upgrade path; just purchase the new tier separately whenever you're ready.

The daemon keeps monitoring core metrics, but the tier-gated features and channels switch off until you renew. Nothing is deleted, and your configuration stays in place.

After purchase you get a signed licence key tied to your machine fingerprint. You paste it into the installer's licence field and the matching features unlock immediately — no internet check required to keep running.
